Sometimes I'm not sure what's more excruciating - suffering itself or having to explain to those who wouldn't suspect me of suffering that suffering is upon me.
It comes as a big shock to many that I've felt worthless for as long as I've existed. Some would even say that this level of sharing is counter intuitive to the work I do and the business I'm building.
But the truth of the matter is we've been taught that honesty and vulnerability are weaknesses to be flushed out of the body and reside in the mind.
I've spent my life believing that the moment I could get my mom to emotionally invest in me I made it, and the reality of that not happening came to a head on May 6, 2022. All of my training, practices, and wisdom went out the window and death became a body of water that called my name.
